“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.” Rom 15:13

Trusting Jesus Christ, who is Saviour and Lord, the Risen king who saves by grace, who is rich in mercy. Glory be to Him alone, the Lamb that was slain, to make sinners right with God for all eternity. Salvation by Grace alone, through Faith alone, in Christ alone.

Come and meet. We have services at 9:30am and 4:00pm Sundays at Gunnedah Presbyterian Church and Hall – One block up from the traffic lights. Join us for a chat over a cuppa and sumptuous eats in the hall. I think we have the best morning Teas!

We have mid week meetings for study the Bible, and Sunday are a special time of gathering. We support Missions in Freedom Sim, MAF Papua New Guinea, Africa, and Presbyterian Inland Mission in our own country. We believe the Bible is God’s word, that its inspired of Him. And that He speaks through it. That God is a Trinitarian God, Father, Son, Holy Spirit. Three in one, and one in three. Sundays our singing is a mix of City Alight, Emu, and well known traditional hymn/songs also. We believe in the priesthood of all believers, but also value godly leadership by each of our elders. We sing, pray, and listen to the bible expounded. Kids have a special part in the service, with a talk and kids song, and in the past we have had Sunday School in term. If this is on the kids go out for their own time with trained and accredited teachers. Some other activities are: Men’s breakfasts, Bible Studies, Friendship Morning Teas, Ladies Craft Group, SRE in Schools, and Aged Care Services.

Don’t get swallowed up in a large group where you may be overlooked. We try to encourage all as we each seek to Love and follow our Saviour who gave His life at the Cross, and rose from the dead. (1Cor 15) Our aim is to be spiritually healthy and to grow together.

Blessings in Him who is our life,

kind regards, Lyle
